Diaper Bank
The Time for a Change Diaper Bank was founded in 2016 from a Vermont Community Foundation Spark Grant and is a collaborative effort between Building Bright Futures, Youth Services, the Springfield Area Parent Child Center, WNESU, and Parks Place. Housed in the Parks Place building, it provides community members access to free diapers and wipes.
If you are in need of diapers or know anyone in our community who is, please stop by Parks Place during office hours and we’ll be happy to equip you with diapers and wipes at no charge. For more information, call (802) 463-9927.
Virtual Meeting/
Computer Lab
Thanks to a generous grant from Mascoma Bank, Parks Place established a virtual meeting and computer lab onsite this year to help keep our neighbors connected. We have a number of stations available, each with current accounts with Zoom and Microsoft Teams to enable virtual meetings with providers and service agencies for our neighbors without dependable internet. Additionally, the computers can be used for email, printing and job searching as well. Call (802) 463-9927 to book a time to access a computer.
