Parks Place is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 -12:30 p.m. for walk-in services like copies, faxes, and retrieving diapers from the Diaper Bank. We are still also handling requests via phone if needed.
If you plan to visit Parks Place, we highly encourage wearing a mask and ask that you observe the social distancing protocols we have in place. If you have recently been sick or in contact with someone who has been sick, please call us at 802-463-9927 and let us help you remotely.
Who We Are:
Parks Place Community Resource Center is recognized as the hub of health and human services in the Greater Falls Area. We work closely with other agencies to identify gaps in services and strengthen connections between our neighbors and the services they need. We strive to find and develop resources to meet the needs of individuals in the Greater Falls Area so they have the tools they need to move their lives in a positive direction.
No matter what crisis or situation you’re facing, we’re here to help. Walk in during business hours or call for one-on-one resource coordination in the following areas:
- Housing Concerns (eviction, looking for housing)
- Job Search and Employment Training
- Food Insecurity and 3 Squares Applications
- Mental Health Counseling for Adults and Children
- Substance Abuse Counseling
- Support Groups
